Grifonissima 2012 - Perugia - 13 maggio 2012

Agonismo, sportività, attenzione ai temi della solidarietà e del rispetto per la cosa comune, fanno di Grifonissima una grande manifestazione sportiva, profondamente radicata in tutta l'Umbria.

Organizzata da 32 anni da UniCredit con passione e dedizione, rappresenta uno dei principali appuntamenti del podismo italiano....

Il percorso impegnativo, con molta discesa ma altrettanta salita, ha visto vincere Tito Tiberti del Cus Pavia con 38.29, ad un soffio Salvatore Calderone del Cus Torino con 38.44 e subito dopo Lucchetti Andrea della Tiferno runners, primo tra gli Umbri con 38.59.
Nella categoria donne, La barbera Silvia del G.S.Forestale ha staccato tutte arrivando al Santa Giuliana con il tempo di 42.07, seconda Abera Fisseha Feleku del Cus Torino con 42.57 e terza Petrini Elena Maria del Cus Roma.

Quest’anno si sono dati appuntamento a Perugia 8238 podisti, di cui 5020 tramite agenzie e 3218 tramite le scuole. Al percorso competitivo di 12Km, si sono iscritti 758 atleti, record assoluto della manifestazione (80 in più rispetto all’anno scorso).

Il numero continuamente crescente di iscritti e partecipanti ai percorsi agonistici e non competitivi, fanno di questa manifestazione una delle più riuscite d’Italia.

La parte finale della manifestazione, che si svolge allo stadio di Santa Giuliana, nel centro storico della città, è diventata un vero è proprio momento di spettacolo con animazione, ristoro, musica ed una grande, unica, macchia di colore costituita dalle maglie di tutti i partecipanti. Dall’edizione del 2002 la gara agonistica, che si svolge all’interno del centro storico di Perugia, è stata arricchita dalla disputa di un criterium nazionale di centri universitari sportivi (Cus), che vede la partecipazione di atleti universitari provenienti da tutta Italia, elevando ulteriormente il tasso tecnico della manifestazione.

    

Il servizio di comunicazione radio, è stato assicurato dal Gruppo di radioamatori ARI-RE della Sezione ARI di Perugia, che con consumata e ormai poliennale esperienza, ha gestito i contatti dalle 17 postazioni (fisse e mobili lungo il persorso di gara), con la sala radio allestita presso lo Stadio di Santa Giuliana.
