Oggi venticinque novembre duemilaventi (25.11.2020), alle ore ventuno e quindici minuti (21.15), in videoconferenza sulla piattaforma Google Meet, sono convocati coloro che hanno ottenuto il maggior numero di voti nelle recenti operazioni di scrutinio, relative alle elezioni per il rinnovo delle cariche associative della Sezione A.R.I. di Perugia per il triennio 2020/2023, tenutesi in data 14 novembre 2020, al fine di rendere la dichiarazione di accettazione della carica di membro del Consiglio Direttivo o del Collegio Sindacale. Sono presenti in videoconferenza gli associati IK0XBX, IK0AZG, IU0LFQ, IZ0ABD, IK0EFR, IK0EBS, I0KWX, IZ0FWD, IZ0DXD, I0UZF, IZ0BVU ed I0GEJ, interessati a rendere le dichiarazioni di accettazione. Assistono inoltre con lo stesso mezzo altri soci. Presiede la seduta e procede alla redazione del presente verbale il Presidente del Collegio Sindacale I0UZF il quale, dando inizio ai lavori, rende noti i risultati dello scrutinio. Il Presidente della Sezione IZ0ABD porta il proprio saluto ai presenti e svolge alcune considerazioni sull’andamento dell’Associazione. Prendono quindi la parola gli associati IZ0BVU, IW0QPP, I0GEJ, IK0XBX e IK0AZG. Al termine degli interventi il Presidente della riunione comunica agli eletti la loro avvenuta elezione, invitandoli a dichiarare se accettano l’incarico. In particolare, per l’elezione a membro del Consiglio Direttivo, composto da sette (7) membri, vengono invitati ad esprimersi relativamente all’accettazione dell’incarico coloro che hanno riportato il maggior numero di voti e precisamente, nell’ordine, IK0XBX (43 voti), IK0AZG (34voti), IU0LFQ (28 voti), IZ0ABD (27 voti), IK0EFR (18 voti), IK0EBS (15 voti) e I0KWX (14voti).Gli associati IK0XBX, IU0LFQ, IZ0ABD, IK0EFR, ed IK0EBS dichiarano di accettare la carica di Consigliere; gli associati IK0AZG ed I0KWX dichiarano di non accettare l’incarico. Pertanto, seguendo l’ordine risultante dai risultati elettorali vengono interpellati gli associati IZ0FWD e IZ0DXD che dichiarano di accettare la carica. Pertanto, il Consiglio Direttivo per il triennio 2020-2023 risulta essere formato dagli associati: IK0XBX, IU0LFQ, IZ0ABD, IK0EFR, IK0EBS, IZ0FWD e IZ0DXD. Quindi, con la stessa procedura si procede a verificare l’accettazione della carica da parte di coloro che risultano essere stati eletti alla carica di membro del Collegio Sindacale, con il seguente esito: gli eletti I0UZF, IZ0BVU e I0GEJ dichiarano di accettare la carica. Pertanto, il Collegio Sindacale per il triennio 2020-2023 risulta essere formato dagli associati I0UZF, IZ0BVU e I0GEJ. Infine, si provvede a convocare la prima riunione del nuovo Consiglio Direttivo per il giorno mercoledì 02 dicembre 2021, alle ore 21.00 con le modalità che verranno comunicate dall’attuale Segretario, con il seguente Ordine del Giorno:

1) Presa d’atto dei risultati delle elezioni per il rinnovo degli organi associativi per il triennio 2020-2023

2) Nomina del Presidente, del Vicepresidente, del Segretario, del Tesoriere e conferimento dieventuali altri incarichi

3) Varie ed eventuali

La riunione verrà inizialmente presieduta dal Consigliere Anziano IK0EFR. Dato atto di quanto sopra la riunione viene chiusa alle ore ventidue (22.00).
