Un sogno si è avverato...

Alberto Roscini papà di I0RSC Franco... finalmente a casa

Onori Civili e Militari ai resti della salma del Sergente Maggiore dell’Esercito Italiano Alberto Roscini.  Dopo anni ed anni di ricerche, avvalendosi della collaborazione dei Ministeri della Difesa Italiana e Degli Esteri tramite il Consolato Italiano ad Hannover, Franco Roscini, I0RSC, è riuscito ad individuare la tomba del padre Alberto, deceduto sotto un bombardamento alleato a Bensberg, vicino a Colonia il 12 Aprile 1945 ed ivi sepolto tra gli “ignoti”  e poi traslato, nel 1958, nel Cimitero Monumentale Italiano di Amburgo dove giacciono 5.839 salme di soldati italiani e 171 ignoti. Con la preziosissima e determinante collaborazione dei medici dell’Istituto di Medicina Legale di Amburgo, Franco si è sottoposto alla prova del DNA che ha permesso, con assoluta certezza, di individuare i resti del padre Alberto che, posti in una cassetta, sono stati inviati, con un volo di linea, in Italia e ritirati da Franco all’aereoporto internazionale di Fiumicino.  

Sabato 30 Maggio 2015, alle 15,30 c’è stata la cerimonia funebre nella Cattedrale di Perugia, officiata dal Vescovo Vicario Mons. Paolo Giulietti. Una cerimonia bellissima, coinvolgente, che ha suscitato stupore  e commozione. Erano presenti diversi Ufficiali dell’Esercito Italiano oltre alla rappresentanza della Croce Rossa Italiana e di altre Associazioni di Reduci e Caduti e una moltitudine di persone che riempivano tutto lo spazio antistante l’Altare Maggiore.  Numerosissimi anche i Radioamatori in rappresentanza della Sezione ARI di Perugia, nella quale Franco è affiliato da tantissimi anni. Tra le Autorità Civili era presente il Sindaco Romizi, accompagnato dal Presidente del Consiglio Comunale Dr.Varasano. Presenti anche i medici legali tedeschi e un giornalista ed un fotografo della Rivista Internazionale “National Geographic”. All’uscita della piccola bara, avvolta nella Bandiera Italiana, tutti i Militari e le Associazioni con Bandiere al vento, schierate sulla scalinata della Cattedrale, hanno reso gli onori militari sulle note dell’attenti e del silenzio fuori ordinanza suonate dalla tromba di militare in congedo, suscitando enorme curiosità ed ammirazione tra la  grande folla che sostava alla base della scalinata. Le spoglie del Sergente Maggiore Alberto sono poi state deposte nel Cimitero di Perugia nella stessa tomba di sua moglie e madre di Franco, Signora Lidia Venturini, dove rimarranno per sempre.  

Franco I0RSC, racconta che suo padre ha fatto il militare nel 1928 nel genio trasmissioni, ma a quei tempi il trasmettitore era costituito da un faro ed il ricevitore era un commilitone che decifrava i caratteri. .....come suol dirsi "buon sangue non mente !"
