Grazie a tutti coloro che hanno consentito di realizzare questo evento in maniera impeccabile!!
Da anni, in qualità di field day manager, chiedevo a tutte le sezioni di partecipare al contest organizzandolo come attività di protezione civile per coinvolgere tutti i soci, questa volta il Consiglio Direttivo tutto, che ringrazio pubblicamente per il notevole supporto che ha dato insieme ad altri associati nell'organizzare tutto nei minimi dettagli, ha sposato l'unione Radio-Protezione civile.
Nelle ultime settimane ho passato molte notti insonni per pianificare e predisporre tutto, non c'era solo la parte contest da programmare (in quello eravamo tranquilli che funzionasse tutto bene), la novità era nel coordinare i progetti con le autorità e con altre associazioni.
Un ringraziamento particolare va al Sindaco di Perugia Andrea Romizi, al Sindaco di Corciano Christian Betti, agli assessori Luca Merli del comune di Perugia e Andrea Braconi del comune di Corciano, al Consigliere  con delega alla Protezione Civile del Comune di Perugia Riccardo Mencaglia, al Presidente della Consulta Regionale della Protezione Civile Sandro Busatti, al Gruppo Comunale di Protezione Civile di Corciano capitanati dal presidente Francesco Volpi, alla Prefettura di Perugia, alla Polizia locale di Perugia e di Corciano, a tutti  coloro che esternamente dalla nostra associazione hanno contribuito direttamente alla realizzazione dell'evento.
È stata davvero una gioia immensa vedere tanti amici con il sorriso !
Le operazioni contest sono andate magnificamente, abbiamo operatori e tecnici con un preparazione ed una esperienza invidiabile, gruppi di lavoro coordinati hanno tirato su in poche ore una tenda da campo (grazie al gruppi PC di Corciano), una direttiva tribanda, dipoli full size, verticale multibanda, dipolo verticale, direttiva x VHF su palo telescopico, 3 stazioni radio con amplificatori e filtri vari, rete di pc per i log con caricamento real time in internet dei qso fatti e relativa mappatura per far geolocalizzare i corrispondenti, due generatori per alimentare correttamente il tutto. In caso di problemi erano pronti apparati di backup da inserire immediatamente.
Alla fine abbiamo portato a casa quanto segue:
-1082 QSO in HF 
-168 QSO in VHF
-nuovo potenziale record (da declared) per la categoria Multioperatore SSB nel  field day
-probabile vittoria del trofeo I0FLY
-tantissimo divertimento per chi ha partecipato, anche solo facendo visita 
-ottima esperienza nel coordinamento delle operazioni che tornerà utile in caso di reale emergenza
-corretta visibilità con stampa e media per trasmettere la vera essenza del Servizio di Radioamatore
-progetti nuovi nati sul campo confrontandoci con le autorità che hanno potuto toccare con mano la nostra operatività.
-una armonia e serenità fra tutti gli associati che non si vedeva da lungo tempo 
Ritengo che non sia poca cosa e il merito va a tutti coloro che si sono impegnati in questo.
Ora non pensate che ci fermeremo, a breve riapriremo in sicurezza la sede, ricominceremo a stare insieme, continueremo a condividere esperienze e a portare avanti nuovi divertenti progetti.
Grazie ancora a tutti voi, sono orgoglioso di rappresentare una delle associazioni piu attive e competenti nel nostro settore.
