EVENTO SCOUT AGESCI-ARI a PERUGIA 

Report di IK0XBX:  Venerdì 24 giugno 2016, abbiamo avuto il piacere di illustrare ai piccoli lupetti dell’Agesci provenienti da Umbria, Abruzzo, Lazio, Toscana e Emilia Romagna, l’utilità e l’utilizzo della radio in condizioni di emergenza. Mentre Francesco IK0XBX e Luca IZ0GVZ spiegavano ai ragazzi cosa sia una radio (i ragazzi di oggi conoscono benissimo i moderni mezzi di comunicazione ma ignorano totalmente l’esistenza di “antichi” mezzi di comunicazione quale la radio e il CW), Franco I0FSP e Claudio IW0RUM, all’esterno dell’Abbazia di Monteripido, splendida location anche per le attività radio, installavano una stazione HF per dimostrare in pratica quanto illustrato verbalmente. È stato divertente per tutti vedere con quanto entusiasmo i ragazzi si divertivano a cercare sulla mappa mondiale con i prefissi per vedere dove stava il corrispondete. Sono stati fatti qso con Francia, Polonia, Bulgaria, Israele, Inghilterra, ecc. sia in CW (Mentre Franco I0FSP operava Francesco IK0XBX faceva la traduzione simultanea ai ragazzini che ascoltavano curiosi) sia in SSB con Luca IZ0GVZ che informava i corrispondenti delle operazioni svolte insieme al gruppo scout.  

Durante le operazioni HF è arrivato un messaggio sulle radio UHF (PMR) da parte di una guida che si era smarrita e non riusciva a trovare la strada del ritorno...; subito i ragazzi si sono divisi in squadre e, mentre la squadra dei “radioamatori” coordinava dal campo base le ricerche, le squadre di “polizia”, “pompieri”, “protezione civile”, "cinofili" ed “infermieri” si sono mosse sul campo in varie direzioni alla ricerca della dispersa che forniva preziose indicazioni per il ritrovamento.... (bip, bip, bip, ...). Le squadre hanno concluso le ricerche velocemente portando “in salvo” la malcapitata, disidratata sotto il sole cocente... Al termine di questa esercitazione-gioco, i ragazzi erano entusiasti e facevano mille domande sul nostro mondo (proprio quello che inizialmente per loro era “antico”)... Sono state lasciate alcune QSL ai ragazzi come ricordo di questa avventura. Sarebbe veramente interessante partecipare con i ragazzi al Jamboree di ottobre (http://jotajoti.info/) dalla nostra stazione di Agello...; vedremo se si riescirà ad organizzare quest’attività che sicuramente affascinerà i ragazzi. In Italia già in diverse regioni si partecipa a questo evento che mette in contatto scout di tutto il mondo; magari ad ottobre potremmo esserci anche noi. Un ringraziamento particolare al gruppo scout che ci ha permesso di poter condividere con circa 40 ragazzi questa bella esperienza. Vi invito a dare uno sguardo ai seguenti link per capire cosa sia il Jamboree On The Air, per chi ancora non ne sia a conoscenza:
